Track Blazers Affiliate Program Terms & Disclosure Agreement
1. Affiliate Approval
Participation in the Track Blazers Affiliate Program is not guaranteed. All affiliate applications are subject to review and approval. Track Blazers may approve, deny, suspend, or remove affiliate access at any time if an affiliate violates program rules, misrepresents the brand, engages in spam or fraud, or acts in a way that harms the platform, customers, creators, partners, or community.
2. Honest Promotion
Affiliates must promote Track Blazers honestly and responsibly. Affiliates may not make false, exaggerated, misleading, or guaranteed claims about Track Blazers, its services, memberships, courses, marketplace, opportunities, results, income potential, exposure, bookings, employment, business growth, or creator success.
Affiliates may describe Track Blazers as a platform designed to help creators, businesses, fans, and industry professionals connect, learn, sell, promote, and grow, but affiliates may not promise guaranteed outcomes.
3. Required Affiliate Disclosure
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Track Blazers when promoting the platform, sharing affiliate links, using discount codes, recommending memberships, promoting products/services, or creating content that may generate a commission.
Acceptable disclosure examples include:
“I may earn a commission if you sign up through my link.”
“This is my Track Blazers affiliate link.”
“Affiliate link — I may earn a commission.”
“Paid partnership with Track Blazers.”
Disclosures must be easy to notice, easy to understand, and placed where people will see them before or when they engage with the affiliate link, post, video, email, message, or promotion.
4. Prohibited Disclosure Practices
Affiliates may not hide or bury disclosures. Disclosures should not be placed only at the bottom of a long caption, only on a separate page, only inside a profile bio, only in tiny text, or behind vague wording that ordinary people may not understand.
Affiliates should not rely only on unclear tags such as “#sp,” “#partner,” or “thanks Track Blazers” if the relationship is not obvious.
5. Approved Links and Assets
Affiliates must use approved affiliate links, referral links, discount codes, graphics, captions, logos, messaging, and promotional materials provided or approved by Track Blazers.
Affiliates may create original content, but it must remain truthful, respectful, legally compliant, and consistent with Track Blazers brand standards.
Track Blazers may request that an affiliate edit, remove, or stop using content that is inaccurate, misleading, low-quality, offensive, infringing, or inconsistent with the brand.
6. No Spam or Misuse
Affiliates may not promote Track Blazers through spam, harassment, fake accounts, misleading ads, mass unsolicited messages, bot activity, fake engagement, unauthorized scraping, deceptive redirects, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, fraudulent signups, or any other abusive or manipulative tactic.
Affiliates may not impersonate Track Blazers, its team, its partners, or other creators.
7. Paid Advertising
Affiliates may not run paid ads using the Track Blazers name, logo, trademarks, branded keywords, copyrighted materials, or official-looking claims without written approval from Track Blazers.
This includes search ads, social media ads, boosted posts, influencer whitelisting, display ads, retargeting campaigns, and any paid promotional placement.
8. Commission Eligibility
Commissions are only earned on valid qualifying referrals tracked through approved affiliate links or codes and accepted by Track Blazers’ affiliate tracking system.
Commissions may be denied, reversed, withheld, or adjusted for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, policy violations, payment failures, disputed transactions, or suspicious activity.
9. No Self-Referrals
Affiliates may not use their own affiliate link or code to purchase Track Blazers products, services, memberships, subscriptions, courses, or offers unless Track Blazers gives written permission.
10. Payouts
Affiliate payouts are subject to Track Blazers’ payout schedule, minimum payout threshold, payment method requirements, tax documentation, fraud review, and any applicable refund or chargeback period.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information when requested.
11. Brand Protection
Affiliates may not register domains, social media handles, pages, groups, ads, or profiles that appear to be officially owned or operated by Track Blazers unless approved in writing.
Affiliates may not use Track Blazers branding in a way that confuses customers, misrepresents the relationship, or suggests the affiliate is an employee, owner, official agent, or exclusive representative of Track Blazers.
12. Termination
Track Blazers may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, brand misuse, failure to disclose, misleading promotion, customer complaints, legal concerns, or behavior that damages the platform.
Upon termination, the affiliate must stop using Track Blazers affiliate links, codes, brand assets, and promotional materials.
13. Affiliate Responsibility
Affiliates are responsible for their own content, claims, promotions, disclosures, audience communications, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and advertising guidelines.
By applying to or participating in the Track Blazers Affiliate Program, the affiliate agrees to follow these terms and understands that failure to comply may result in loss of commissions, removal from the program, or other corrective action.
