2. Connected Social Accounts and Third-Party Platforms
Track Blazers allows users to connect supported third-party platforms so they can use social publishing and related creator tools.
Connecting a third-party account is optional.
When you connect an account, the third-party platform provides Track Blazers with information authorized by you through that platform’s OAuth or authorization process.
We do not ask users to provide their third-party account passwords directly to Track Blazers.
Google and YouTube
Track Blazers uses Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API to allow users to connect their own YouTube channels.
Depending on the permissions you grant, we may receive and process:
- YouTube channel ID
- Channel name
- Channel handle or custom URL
- Channel profile image
- Google/YouTube account identifiers
- OAuth access tokens
- OAuth refresh tokens
- Granted authorization scopes
- Token expiration information
- Information necessary to confirm the connected YouTube channel
Track Blazers currently uses the YouTube read-only permission to identify and display the YouTube channel selected by the user.
Track Blazers uses the YouTube upload permission only when a user chooses to enable YouTube publishing and explicitly initiates the upload of a video to their connected YouTube channel.
Track Blazers does not use YouTube upload permission to automatically publish videos without user initiation.
When a user chooses to publish to YouTube, Track Blazers may transmit the selected video and associated information, such as the video title, description, privacy setting, or other publishing metadata, to YouTube.
Google OAuth credentials and tokens are stored on Track Blazers servers using protected server-side storage and are not intentionally exposed to other Track Blazers users.
We do not sell Google user data.
We do not use Google user data obtained through Google APIs for advertising.
Google user data is used only to provide functionality requested by the user, including identifying a connected YouTube channel and publishing user-selected content.
Track Blazers’ use of information received through Google APIs is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Users may disconnect YouTube from Track Blazers at any time. When a connection is removed, Track Blazers stops using that connection for future publishing and removes associated active connection credentials from our systems. Where supported, we also request revocation of the applicable authorization.
Users may also revoke Track Blazers’ Google permissions through their Google Account settings.
TikTok
Track Blazers uses TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API to allow users to connect their TikTok accounts and send user-selected videos to TikTok.
Depending on the permissions granted, we may receive:
- TikTok account identifier
- Display name
- Profile image
- Basic profile information
- OAuth access token
- OAuth refresh token
- Granted TikTok permissions
- Token expiration information
Track Blazers uses TikTok basic-profile authorization to identify the TikTok account connected by the user.
Track Blazers uses TikTok’s video upload permission only when a user explicitly selects a video and chooses Send as Draft.
The selected video is transferred to TikTok so that the user can continue editing and posting through TikTok’s own interface.
Track Blazers does not automatically complete a TikTok post on the user’s behalf through this draft-upload workflow.
We do not sell information received from TikTok.
Users may disconnect their TikTok account from Track Blazers at any time.
X
Track Blazers may allow users to connect their X account for publishing features.
Depending on the authorization granted, Track Blazers may receive basic account information, account identifiers, OAuth credentials, and permissions necessary to perform authorized publishing actions.
When a user chooses Publish, Track Blazers may transmit the user’s selected content and related publishing information to X.
Track Blazers does not publish to a connected X account unless the user initiates the publishing action or separately configures a future publishing feature.
Other Social Platforms
Track Blazers may add support for additional platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or other services.
If additional integrations are introduced, users will be asked to authorize the applicable platform permissions before Track Blazers accesses those accounts.
We may update this Privacy Policy as those integrations become available.
3. OAuth Tokens and Connected-Account Security
OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, and similar credentials used for connected third-party accounts are stored on Track Blazers servers rather than being intentionally exposed to other users.
We use technical and organizational protections designed to restrict unauthorized access to connected-account credentials.
Tokens are used only for the features and permissions authorized by the user.
When a user disconnects a supported social account, Track Blazers removes the connection from active use and removes associated active credentials from our connected-account system. Where the provider supports programmatic revocation, Track Blazers may also request revocation from that provider.

The third-party platform’s own privacy policy and terms also apply to its handling of information.

Information you intentionally make public may be visible to Track Blazers members, customers, or the general public.

We do not sell Google API user data, YouTube API user data, TikTok-connected account data, or OAuth credentials.

Those services may use cookies or similar technology subject to applicable law and user preferences.

13. Disconnecting Google, YouTube, TikTok, and Other Social Accounts
Users may disconnect supported social accounts through Track Blazers’ Connected Accounts features.
Disconnecting an account prevents Track Blazers from using that connection for future publishing.
